An exchange will be considered in the rare cases on defective or incorrect item
that has been delivered to the customer. We will strive to resolve such matters
promptly, depending on the specific circumstances. -
In case of any exchange, the customer is required to inform our customer service
team within 48 hours. -
The rider will arrive at customer's address with the new item and collect the old one.

An equal amount of voucher/discount code can also be offered.

We aim to process all the exchanges within 14 working days.
